Fan looks great and assembly of the fan itself was simple. Unfortunately the manufacturer was very disorganized when it came to the hardware provided. Miscount on the fasteners that attach the fan blades to the fan body(over count so it wasn’t that big of a hindrance) my main complaint and reason for the low review is that the screws provided to attach the mounting bracket to the fan box were absolutely inadequate. Arrived in March, 2017. One of the two light fixtures started failing by December, 2017. The problem was overheating of the socket, resulting in a connection coming loose inside it, resulting in the one bulb going off after a few minutes. I left off the lamp shade and found the problem did not recur. But I want the lamp shade, for attractiveness. After further experimenting, I found that using two LED candelabra bulbs, with the lamp shade installed, eliminated the problem. The LED bulbs use…
