Professional looking rack, great value make sure you install it properly. I purchased this item in order to have a place to store the balls, cue sticks, and chalk for my pool table. After installing the item with a few modifications, I am pleased to write that this was a great purchase. The rack looks great and has a deep mahogany color to it. The cut outs on the bottom shelf for the cues look great almost like cork. The item requires assembly however it is not too difficult if done correctly. Great pool cue rack for the price, not top quality, but a little modification makes it a great buy So this rack is very cheap compared to any other one out there that I could find and, given some of the reviews I saw, I knew I might have to do a little work on it. I am perfectly fine with modifying things as I have the tools and skill (albeit limited). I should start with saying that I think the manufacturer fixed some of the issues others were having, I didn’t see any dents or dings, and it came with bottom mount brackets as well as the ones on the top. Requires hardware, tools, paint, time & patience Well, this could easily have been an awesome product; however, it become a frustrating experience. It arrived without hardware or pre-drilled holes. The wooden dowel or peg which holds the ball rack in the center of the frame was not included. Be very careful when drilling holes because the wood will split. You will also need to purchase and attach L-shaped braces to the bottom of the frame and wall for stabilization; otherwise, the frame pulls away from the wall every time a cue stick is…
