Incredible output and quality for a high shop or restaurant ceiling Love it – Looks great, cranks lots of air, as I’d hoped, considering the unusually strong pitch of the blades. Also – have installed several ceiling fans in my time, fought endless battles trying to get them to settle down, to no avail. This thing however, is rock-solid balanced right out of the box!USE: 15.5′ ceiling in a 42′ x 64′ shop. On high speed, I can feel the draft 30 feet away. It’s Like Having a Small Hurricane Force Gale on my Patio! After much of research, shopping, returning – I settled on two of these (refurbished from Amazon). I called Emerson first to see if they could be used outdoors – he asked about the finish – I indicated Bar-B-Que black – he said yes! These are incredibly powerful at displacing air, which I installed under a 10ft celling (they recommend 12ft at a minimum).
