Reversible blades with black finish on one side and mahogany finish on the other. Integrated frosted opal schoolhouse light fixture. Powerful motor stirs air briskly, 4670 CFM. Pull chain offers simple operation. Flush mount installation for low ceilings. For use in large, indoor rooms. Cannot be installed without light kit. Uses a medium-base bulb (not included).

Amazing Fan and Amazing Price!! This fan is great and fits perfectly in my bedroom. Was a bit skeptical considering the price, but after reading all the good reviews I decided to go for it and so glad I did! It works perfectly fine, quiet, and looks good too. Comes with installation instructions that are very clear and easy to read. My bf only had an issue installing the wiring since the wiring in my house was a little weird. Now with that being said:First, like others, I am highly skeptical that this is a Hampton Bay fan. I attached a pic of the booklet that came with it and it says Home Depot but nowhere on the booklet or packaging does the name Hampton Bay appear anywhere.
