Minka-Aire’s infuriating tech support This fan worked great, until it didn’t. Something went wrong with the motor. The light still worked but the fan stopped rotating. Minka-Aire’s service department troubleshooted with me to determine it wasn’t the remote, then sent me a replacement receiver and determined it wasn’t the receiver, they told me to contact the company I bought it from. FansUnlimited. That company has stopped selling this model. The guy was nice but then he gave me all sorts of suggestions for the wiring. Called an…
