So easy to install! No surprises, no weird stuff. It does come with quick connect ends which I had to cut off but that was easy. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish it were just a little brighter. I replaced light kits from two fans. The old light kits were brass with 4 lights and glass shades; I painted the whole fan black. Changed out the blades and replaced the light kit. This product worked great for a Craftmade fan. The wire connectors fit perfectly with those on my fan. The screw stem attachment fit perfectly. The light works great. I did not want to spend $150 for a light from other manufacturers. This light works great. Very happy. Furthermore, the fluorescent bulbs included don’t flicker when turning on.
