Excellent product!! OK seriously?! You people who are posting bad reviews of this product either (1) didn’t read the instructions and don’t know how to use it, or (2) have TOTALLY unrealistic expectations of how this product is supposed to work. Spray Away! I was very reluctant to purchase a crystal chandelier, because of the headache of painstakingly cleaning each crystal by hand. However, the lighting store recommended Sparkle Plenty. The salesperson said all I’d have to do was generously spray the entire chandelier and let it drip dry. There is no residue or odor. I’ve been using Sparkle Plenty ever since. Sparkling results Product arrived and was very well sealed. Many complain of leaking bottles. Mine was sealed with a foil cap beneath the twist on cap. Similar to that which comes with condiments. No possibility of leakage. I used it on my crystal chandelier which hadn’t been cleaned since I moved into the house 4 years ago.
