Chandelier Installation – Replacement – Under 10 ft.

This is for first time installation of a chandelier 10-14 ft on a sloped ceiling. Time slot was for 8-11AM. Had no contact beforehand. Waited til 8:40am before deciding to text him asking if he could provide a better estimate of when he’ll be showing up and he called shortly after which was great. The first people sent to install the chandelier were deaf. They had problems with the installation and were not able to complete bit. However, communication was extremely difficult. When I called Amazon, I was unable to be clear about the issue because of the communication issue.The second company recorded that they had done the work before they had even contacted me to confirm my appointment.
