Compliments the room it’s installed in. I like the size, shape and simplicity of the light. It’s small so it does not stand out like a sore thumb on the ceiling. Its square shape and simple design blends in with the angles of the room, and it is very easy to install on a 3-wire-1 circuit track system. Very bright LED, but poor track interface Be careful with being trendy and falling for LED’s… They have their purpose but its not a religion.As a white or low color wall washer, this unit is perfectly fine. LED’s are limited in color spectrum. It will look more pasty white. If what you were lighting up has any depth of color – like granite, marble, wood grains and art work or special color wall surface, you will LOOSE colors in these ever so common narrow LED light spectrum leaving less impact, pasty mud like color…

Relative to the 50W halogen lamps I replaced, this lamp is brighter, and the spectrum is a blue/white variation of daylight. The mechanical construction is terrible, however. I believe it is potentially unsafe and may even damage a track. My old lamp assembly could easily be installed with negligible effort, and it simply snapped securely into the correct orientation. This new unit requires some effort to twist into position and can be inserted backwards thereby defeating the safety feature…
