Good fan/easy install…poorly designed!! This fan would get 5 stars, but the way they designed this product was borderline insane! For example, the remote box will NOT fit if you are using the down rod! I had to completely undo all the wiring and take it back down and take out the down rod and reinstall using the “close to ceiling” mount. Also some of the screws could not be tightened with a regular screwdriver because the position they put them in, the screwdriver would hit another object therefore making it impossible to…
