Pros & cons to this light I have mixed reviews. I own two of these. Ceiling install is easy ONLY without the bracket. Based on installing two of these. You are better off drilling holes through the rear case and then attach to wall or ceiling. The mounting bracket is a simple design, but didn’t work for me. While mounting my 2nd light, one of the wires pulled off the LED (solder broke) which upset me. I had to “rig” the wire back in place. Anyone’s guess how long it will stay. These lights are bright,…

Flush mount adapter plate woes. The product is durable although there’s a ballast inside which can only be evaluated with time. The case has a special back-plate (bracket) provided for flush mounting directly to the J-box on the ceiling.
