This accessory cannot be used with any other track lighting heads and accessories other than the Designers Choice collection brand from Kendal Lighting. The TA001-WH is 4.5IN deep x 4.5IN wide x 1.5IN high, has 6IN lead wires, and includes all the mounting hardware and ground clip. The TA001-WH comes one per package.
