* Cut off the mains power before installation. each cable strand is number labeled and matching crystals are correspondingly marked, please install the cable by sequence and follow the steps.
* Remove the protective plastic film from the mounting plate to reveal the ACTUAL mirror-effect surface After it has been installed onto the ceiling.

One of two chandeliers didn’t form well I bought two of these chandeliers and while they are beautiful, one of the two chandeliers didn’t form well from the top, there is no way I can think of that I could have been at fault, I reached out to seller hopefully they contact me and I can raise this to a five star reviewUpdate 1/03/19Finally had a break to update my review.
