The TRiLIGHT automatically turns off when no motion is detected. Additionally, users can opt to turn off the motion sensing feature. *ATTENTION*: This product is equipped with a MICROWAVE MOTION SENSOR. It is EXTREMELY sensitive. The most common customer service inquiry for the TriLight is from customers thinking their light is NOT turning off, when it actually is. Due to the advanced microwave motion sensor, the TriLight can sometimes detect motion through windows and may even detect your motion as you approach your door. This would cause the light to appear on before you enter the room. If you question whether your light is turning off, we encourage you to use your phone or video camera to monitor the inside of your room while you are away for at least 2 minutes.
